Divisional Mentorship Facilitators Announced

The Department of Medicine is pleased to announce the newly appointed divisional mentorship facilitators:

Ian Quirt (Hematology)

Liz Tullis (Respirology)

Mentorship facilitators will assist PICs and DDDs in recommending and maintaining mentoring relationships for faculty members, as well as being the first point of contact for the establishment of new mentor/mentee pairings and the go-to person should any challenges arise within these relationships.

The selection committee for the mentorship facilitators consisted of Caroline Chessex, Ayelet Kuper, Danny Panisko, Lisa Richardson, and Nazia Selzner, with assistance from Dr. Sharon Straus, Vice-Chair of Mentorship, Equity and Diversity, and the Department Division Directors. The process was coordinated by Lilian Belknap.
