TES for Department of Medicine Faculty Teachers in the Department of Medicine can view their TES on the POWER system at quarterly intervals for the current academic session and at any time for past academic sessions. A minimum of 3 completed teaching evaluations are required before teachers can view their reports. (Department TES Protocol) Teachers needing their TES for the current academic session for promotion, review, or other academic requirements may request a report be forwarded from the office of the Director of Postgraduate Education. Requests are made by contacting the Department Research Officer.
Appeals: The Department uses a formal appeals process for hearing teachers’ concerns about their own evaluations. Teachers who wish to make an appeal should forward a written request and rationale to the Department Research Officer. An appeals review committee convenes and adjudicates twice annually regarding submitted appeal requests.
