Curriculum Vitae Summary Tables

In addition to the standard University of Toronto curriculum vitae, candidates going forward for promotion are required to complete a series of CV supplementary data summary tables that duplicate specific sections of the curriculum vitae but are nonetheless required for the promotion process.

The CV Data Summary Tables exist as automated reports in WebCV.

If you do not use WebCV, you will be required to submit the CV Data Summary Tables and should use the forms available below for this purpose.
