Objectives
  1. To describe a different mode of clinician-scientist work and show how clinical neuroimaging can inform research advances, while research advances can be taken back to impact bedside care.
  2. To show how this approach is being used to illuminate novel disease pathogenesis and identify novel conditions in stroke and neurovascular care.
  3. To show how clinically acquired data, prospectively tracked across a city like Toronto, can be used to build a novel kind of research program.
