Objectives

1.      To review basic skills & tools for screening and identification of substance use in pregnancy.
2.  To develop an approach to management of substance use in pregnancy.
3.  To discuss pharmacological treatment options – methadone maintenance treatment (MMT), buprenorphine, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). 
4.  To learn about community resources for substance-abusing women.
